Introduction to pole cutting station

1. The equipment mainly consists of four parts: cutting table, cutting tool, battery positioning tool, and pressing mechanism;

2. Action process: Manually place the OCV test OK product in the positioning fixture, lower the pressing plate to contact the battery, manually click the downward cutting cylinder to cut the tabs, and manually remove the material after cutting.

Pole cutting station - introduction to the trimming mechanism

1. The equipment mainly consists of dressing bottom plate, linear guide rail, dressing mechanism and positioning block;

2. Manually place the cut battery to the bottom plate positioning position, push the handle of the trimming mechanism to flatten the tabs to achieve the trimming effect, and then take out the soft-pack battery.

Introduction to the principles of use of tooling:

1. After the pallet is in place, manually insert the guide cage into the guide tooling;

2. After the symmetrical guide cage is attached, ensure that the tabs are upright;

3. After manually installing the PCB adapter board, bend the tabs in an upright state, and then use a mallet/roller to shape the bent tabs.
