4.3 Process flow introduction:
 The punched steel strip is placed on the steel strip positioning fixture through the positioning hole, and 20 steel strips can be placed at one time (customizable). The heat-shrinkable tube that has been automatically cut to a good length is manually inserted into the steel strip on the fixture, and the position of the heat-shrinkable tube on the steel strip is positioned using the length positioning device on the fixture. Then move the fixture placed with the steel belt to the tunnel-type heat shrinking furnace, and the crawler belt of the heat shrinking furnace drives the steel belt fixture through the high-temperature heat shrinking furnace to accurately shrink the heat shrinkable tube onto the steel belt.

3.3Process flow introduction
The coiled steel strip is sent out through a powered automatic feeder, and after arriving at the steel strip punching machine, it is straightened and sent to the automatic punching and feeding part, and the servo motor is used to cooperate with the length detection device to send out the accurate length of the steel strip into the punching die For the part, the punching die can complete the punching of the length of the steel strip, the fillet of the front and rear ends of the steel strip and two positioning hole devices (round hole and flat hole). Punching power uses servo motor for punching, the punching is very stable and the noise is very small.

5.3 Process flow introduction
      The steel strip that has been heat-shrunk is placed on the bending machine through manual positioning, and the steel strip is bent using hydraulic cylinder power (servo motor power can be customized). The size of the bent steel strip can be precisely adjusted by rotating the two handwheels on the right side of the equipment and driven by the screw to adjust the length and width of the bend.
