Battery Module Steel Belt Production Line

This production line equipment is suitable for the production of battery module strapping steel strips. The process includes steel strip coil punching, hot-melt heat shrinkable tube, steel strip forming bending and sealing welding. This production process has high efficiency, accurate size, firm solder joints, low technical requirements for production workers, and is very easy to use.

The process flow of the battery module steel strip production line can be configured according to different products: incoming material leveling → riveting, punching, cutting → heat shrink tubing → heat shrink tubing → steel strip cooling → steel strip bending and forming → steel strip welding → insulation testing → length detection → coating with anti rust oil.

Product Details

Feeding leveling and riveting punching cutting process

1.The incoming steel strip is in the form of rolled material and needs to be leveled by a leveling machine before proceeding with subsequent actions

2.The equipment completes three actions: riveting, punching, and cutting.

Heat shrink tubing assembly process

1.The cutting of heat shrink tubing is automatically done by a heat shrink tubing cutting machine.

2.After the empty fixture is returned to the operating platform, manually take the glued steel strip and place it on the positioning fixture. Then, take the heat shrink tubing set with the set length automatically cut and place it on the steel strip.

Automatic casing mode

The heat shrink tube is automatically fitted onto the steel strip by an automatic sleeve machine. The position of the heat shrink tube sleeve is precisely located by the equipment, and after reaching the position, the heat shrink is positioned to ensure that the position of the heat shrink tube does not shift during subsequent work processes.

Steel strip bending forming

Manually take the steel strip and place it in the correct position above the bending platform. Press the foot switch device to automatically clamp the steel strip and bend it into shape. After completion, release the steel strip and place it on the transfer rack.

Insulation testing process

After the steel strip welding is completed, it flows into the insulation testing process. The steel strip is manually removed from the transfer rack and placed on the insulation testing fixture of the testing machine. After starting the test with both hands, the equipment automatically starts the testing process. After all project tests are completed, the equipment releases the steel strip and notifies the operator to remove it. According to the test results, the OK product is transferred to the transfer rack for the next process, and the NG product is placed in the NG material box.
